Dear Host Family,

I am excited to introduce myself and give you a little insight into my life, my family, and what I hope to gain from this experience. My family includes my parents, and me. We enjoy spending time together by cooking meals, playing board games, or spend a day with my grandparents. My family has always been friendly: my dad and I have a truly strong bond, we get each other and have very similar behaviors, while the relationship with my mom I could describe as a sisters relationship, we argue and then we make up, but I can always count on her.

In terms of personality, I would say I’m loyal, open-minded, and adaptable. I love meeting new people and discovering new places, though I can be a little shy at first. My friends would describe me as thoughtful and determinate.

Some of my favorite activities include listening to music, dancing [classical, modern, and contemporary] and watching movies and series. I also love baking trying every time new recipes. I’m keen on fashion, in fact, I’d like work in a fashion marketing sector.

Through this exchange experience, I hope to gain a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of your culture and daily life thanks to you. I would share my own culture and experience and build memories and friendship that will last a lifetime.
