I want to start this letter with a a great appreciation for the opportunity to be a part of your lives. It means a lot to me, and I am looking forward to learning about your culture and sharing mine.

My name is Leo, I am 17 years old, and I live in a big city in Russia. I enjoy dancing and playing volleyball, and I am a big fan of reading books about history and science. My family is very important to me, and I hope to share my interests and traditions with you.

I am very excited to participate in this exchange program because I want to improve my English, make new friends, and learn more about life in your country. This experience will be invaluable to me.

I usually wake up early to go for a short run, and I happily help my mom prepare dinner. I also enjoy spending time with my younger brothers, and I love animals. I hope to share my habits and traditions with you so that you can better understand me.

I would love to tell you about our culture and perhaps teach you how to make traditional dishes, such as borsch.
