Dear Host Family,

I am excited about the opportunity to live with you and be part of your family. Let me introduce myself and share a little bit about my life. My name is Piero, I am 16 years old and I come from a peaceful town in the south of Brazil, close to the metropolitan capital of my province. I live with my loving and supportive family, which includes my mother, my father and my brother Otto. My girlfriend is almost always with us on the weekends. We enjoy spending time together, whether it is sharing meals, watching movies or going for walks. At home, we also have a pet, Lucio, a very adorable cat who brings a lot of joy to our daily lives. My family values respect, communication and kindness.

In terms of personality, I would describe myself as friendly, adaptable and curious. I enjoy meeting new people and learning from different perspectives. Although I am organized and reliable, it sometimes takes me a while to adapt to new situations, but I see this as an opportunity for growth. I strive to be positive and open-minded in all experiences.

I have a wide range of interests and hobbies that keep me busy and fulfilled. I love playing volleyball and other sports like futsal and handball. I also enjoy going to the gym, cooking, drawing, listening to music and playing video games, and I enjoy trying new things. My favorite foods include sushi, stroganoff (a popular dish here in Brazil), pasta with meatballs, burgers, pizza, and many others. I especially look forward to sharing meals and traditions with your family. One of my favorite holidays is Christmas, as I enjoy the sense of togetherness and celebration it brings.

I hope to gain a lot from this experience, including a deeper understanding of your culture and a chance to improve my English skills, independence, and adaptability. More than anything, I look forward to forming meaningful connections with you and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
