Dear American Host Family,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Erekle, and I am truly excited about the opportunity to become a part of your family through this exchange program.

I come from a loving and supportive family that includes my mom, brother, aunt, grandparents, cousin, and our dog. My dad lives separately, but my brother and I visit him often. We enjoy spending quality time together, whether it’s sharing meals, having conversations about our day, or going out for activities like walking or even kart racing. One of my favorite family traditions is exchanging gifts every Christmas, which always brings us closer together.

As for my personality, I would describe myself as open-minded, adaptable, and enthusiastic. I love meeting new people, exploring new experiences, and immersing myself in different cultures. I am also hardworking and dedicated to my goals, but I can be a bit of a perfectionist at times. While I am very social and love being around people, I also appreciate having moments to focus on my personal growth and hobbies.

I have a variety of interests and hobbies that keep me active and engaged. I work out and swim daily to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and I also enjoy playing sports like basketball and volleyball. Additionally, I love painting, skiing, and designing virtual clothing, which has been my main source of income for the past two years through a gaming platform called Roblox. When it comes to food, I prioritize healthy, protein-based meals like meat, steak, eggs, rice, and chicken, but I also enjoy pasta, lasagna, pizza, and burgers. I am open to trying almost anything as long as it is well-prepared! My favorite holidays include Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter, as they bring my family together in the most special ways.

Through this exchange experience, I hope to gain a deeper understanding of American culture, form meaningful connections with my host family and new friends, and challenge myself to grow as a person. I am excited to share my own traditions and experiences while embracing new ones.
