Dear Host Family,

My name is Giorgia and I come from Rome. I’m 16 years old I attend a scientific high school.

I come from a traditional family: me, my mom, who is a police officer, my dad, wine seller, my twin sister Ginevra, who’s going to do this same experience, and my little dog. I also have four cousins and I adore spending time all together since we love sharing emotions, and I hope I can find the same energy there.

I am empathetic, friendly, and believe kindness and respect are essential for strong relationships. I’m responsible, determined, and motivated to achieve my goals with passion. I’m affectionate, curious, and always eager to learn. I approach tasks with diligence, and I also enjoy being tidy and taking care of my space.

I love to travel. With my family I have visited several European cities and enjoy discovering new places. We also had a great time together on an international cruise, meeting friends from all over the world.

I also like playing team sports, such as volleyball or dancing. I think teamwork is important as it helps build friendships and a sense of belonging. Although, my biggest passion is theater. I love everything about it, from acting to watching shows. I’m currently attending musical and prose courses at the main theatre of Rome (where great actors/musicians such as Totò, the Beatles, and many others have performed). Through acting, I can express myself and share emotions of characters that aren’t me. I hope to continue on this path and one day realize my dreams.
