The goal of the athletic program is to provide an opportunity for all students to experience the exhilaration of competition and grow in confidence. Our athletics program is an integral part of the Heathwood Hall experience, and research has shown that sports can help students develop important skills that they'll carry through life like cooperation, resilience, patience, and persistence.
We teach our student athletes that the most significant measure and standard for performance is not in winning, but in giving the best one has to offer to your team and yourself.
