My name is Willi, I am 15 years old and I live with my four siblings, my parents and my two cats in Berlin.

For the past three years, I’ve been playing handball at a competitive level and attending a sports school.

Because I have training twice a day and games on weekends against other teams, I really cherish the time I get to spend with my family. We live close to the water, so during the summer, we spend a lot of time swimming and boating, and in the winter, we sometimes go ice skating.

As a competitive athlete, I often have to pay close attention to my diet, so I really enjoy going out for ice cream and popcorn with my family and friends during the off-season. We’re a very open-minded family, and my sister Luisa and brother Theo have both been exchange students in the U.S. They’ve told me so much about their experiences, and I can’t wait to finally go to America myself and get to know my host family, the country, and the culture even better.

My oldest brother, Paul, plays American football, which is why I also find that sport really interesting.

I’m also open to trying new foods and exploring new hobbies or activities that are popular in your area. Whatever your family enjoys doing, I’d love to be a part of it!
