I am Lidia, I am 15 years old. I live in a small town in Seville. It doesn’t have many things to see but Seville does, for example “la giralda” or “la torre del oro”, “feria de abril”…
I am a responsible, extroverted person so I won’t have problems making new friends and I can adapt to everything. Also I can organize my time to study and to help in the house.
Some of my hobbies are reading romantic books, now I’m reading one called Bad ash. Meeting my friends, when I meet with them I usually go to the center of Seville to have dinner, we go to someone’s house to play games or to talk or go shopping. Also I listen to music. I like singers like Rosalia, Drake, Rihana (pop music). Watching movies, I like to watch comedy, romantic and horror films my favorite film is forrest gump. I do athletics that it’s my favorite sport and I usually cook, if you want I can cook some dishes typical of my city. Also I like to travel. I have been in Germany, France, Portugal…
My family is made up of 4 people, my father, my mother, my sister and I, and we have a dog called Luna. We spend a lot of time together doing things like visiting places, watching movies, playing…
I am studying 4th e.s.o, which in the United States is like 10th grade. I am studying in a public high school, it isn’t very big so we almost all know each other. I have never had problems with my teachers and I am a good student.
Last year I did another exchange in my high school with Romanian people and I had so much fun so this won’t be my first time.
My objective there is to improve my English, meet new people and learn more about your culture, traditions and holidays. For example Christmas that is my favorite holiday and I want to see how is look like there.
In your family I can contribute my culture and my traditions. I am an animal lover so it’s not a problem if you have any animal. I will help you if you have one. Also I am good with little children because I have a lot of little cousins. I will help them with the homework like I do in my house.
I have wanted to do this since I was little because I have always been interested in knowing other cultures and languages and more U.S.A culture also because I want to be an English teacher and this experience will help me to be an English teacher.
