Hello, Future Host Family!

I’m excited to introduce myself and tell you more about my life and family.

In my family, there’s my mother, my father, my brother, and of course, our two dogs, who are like part of the family. I love spending time with them whenever I can! We usually enjoy different activities together, such as watching movies, sharing our thoughts and interests, or cooking side by side in the kitchen. These moments bring us closer, but we also enjoy our personal space. Most of the time, we are in our rooms doing our own things—playing video games, watching videos, or just relaxing in our own ways.

As for my personality, I would describe myself as caring, thoughtful, and funny. I’m talkative once I feel comfortable, and I enjoy trying new things. I can be a little messy at times, but I always take care of myself and my responsibilities. My personality is pretty relaxed—I like to stay positive and find the good in every situation, no matter how difficult it may seem. I always try to take control of whatever challenges come my way. When something catches my interest, I dive deep into it and want to learn everything about it. I often get super focused on my interests, and honestly, I sometimes wonder if I have undiagnosed ADHD. Either that, or I just struggle with procrastination! I try my best to stay motivated, but laziness tends to sneak back in sometimes.

When it comes to my interests, I have a wide range of hobbies. I love listening to music, going outside for walks, watching movies, playing video games, and skateboarding with my friends. Like most teenagers, I’m also really into fashion and enjoy exploring different styles. Sports aren’t really my thing, but if I had to choose one, basketball would definitely be my top pick. I also love traveling—there’s something amazing about discovering new places, trying different foods, and immersing myself in new cultures. Speaking of food, I absolutely love meat dishes! Some of my favorites include pasta Bolognese, lasagna, and pretty much anything with a rich, hearty flavor. My favorite holiday is Christmas because I love giving gifts and making people happy. Seeing the joy on their faces is the best feeling in the world.

Through this experience, I hope to improve my English skills, learn about a new culture and share mine with you, explore a different country, and fully embrace everything this opportunity has to offer. I can’t wait to start this adventure and create unforgettable memories!
