Hi, my name is Pietro and I’m 16 years old. I am catholic and go to the church on Mondays. I live with my mom and my dad, I also have an older brother, I have two pets a dog and a fish. I like spending time with my family going out for lunch in places that have nature around, I also like to go with my family to waterfalls and to beaches. I enjoy talking about and playing basketball with my dad in the weekends, me and my family sometimes go to shopping malls.

I am a shy but when I feel comfortable, I am very extrovert. I am funny, and I like to make people around me happy. I am a good listener when my friends reach me out to talk. If I had to pick a weakness in myself, it would be my shyness.

I really enjoy playing basketball and watching the NBA. I also like videogames a lot and singing sertanejo songs. I have been interested in learning to play guitar. My favorite foods are pepperoni pizza, burger, rice beans and sausage, strawberry, bananas and cheese and ham toastie. My favorite holidays are Christmas, Easter and Halloween. My favorite movies and shows are Where the wild things are, Hop and Dr. House. I enjoy staying at home with my family, I usually dont go out much, but when I do I have fun.

Since I was 14 I always asked my parents to go to an exchange program in a country that had English as their first language. My parents also always support me, and this year the opportunity arrived. I expect to expand my vocabulary and learn about other cultures and habits that are different from my home country. I also want to improve my conversation and my writing in English, make new friends and exchange information about our cultures.
